　　There are a total of 230 sanitation workers in the stadium area of Zhangdian District, while there are only 2 sanitation homes. In order to provide sanitation workers with a good place to rest, the Zhangdian District Urban Management Bureau insists on a demand-oriented approach and fully integrates resources, freeing up an office space for the stadium urban management team and upgrading it to a sanitation home. The upgraded stadium team sanitation home is equipped with air conditioning, microwave, tables, chairs, cabinets, water dispensers, chargers, emergency medicine boxes, and other materials, and a sanitation culture wall has been carefully designed to provide hot water, hot meals, a cool place, and a clean and comfortable resting place for more than 40 sanitation workers in the surrounding area.

　　In order to protect the rights and interests of sanitation workers, Zhangdian District has built more than 10 sanitation homes since 2022. As of now, there are 32 sanitation homes in the district, all of which are open 24 hours a day, providing hot water, hot meals, and rest services for frontline sanitation workers, ensuring the safety of outdoor work for frontline sanitation workers. At the same time, Zhangdian District has continuously upgraded the hardware facilities of sanitation homes, considering the harsh weather conditions sanitation workers need to deal with during winter snow removal. This year, electric heaters have been added to sanitation homes to ensure the temperature in the winter restrooms.

　　In addition, in order to further expand the service scope of the Environmental Protection Home, Zhangdian District hung a "Worker's Station" sign on 32 Environmental Protection Homes, expanding the service scope of the environmental protection home to the "Worker's Station," which is open to front-line workers such as gardeners, municipal workers, delivery boys, and urban management team members. This has effectively solved the practical problems faced by sanitation workers and outdoor workers, such as drinking water, hot meals, and rest, and improved the sense of achievement and happiness of the majority of workers. In the next step, Zhangdian District will continue to care for sanitation workers with heart and soul, build more "warm harbors" for them, and focus on creating a good atmosphere of "caring for sanitation workers and respecting sanitation achievements."
