　　Urging to Convey the Guiding Principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Speeches and Instructions

　　On November 4th, the Standing Committee of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee held an Enlarged Meeting, urging to convey and study the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches and instructions, with the relevant work deliberated.

　　Yang Guoqiang, Secretary of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee, presided over and addressed the Meeting.

　　It was noted at the Meeting that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s at the Opening Ceremony of the Special Study Session for Provincial and Ministerial Level Leading Cadres to Study and Implement the Guiding Principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee profoundly summarizes the historic achievements made in comprehensively deepening reforms in the new era, and elucidates a series of significant theoretical and practical issues for further comprehensive reform, which is of great importance for us to fully and accurately understand the guiding principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and to promote the precise implementation of various reform measures. We shall deeply study and comprehend the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches, adhere to the major principle of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground, acquire rational methods, balance the relationship between planning and implementation, and promote steady and far-reaching reforms. Leaders at all levels shall take on heavy responsibilities, overcome difficulties, and resolutely act as executors and doers of reform, doing well the reform tasks with the spirit of persistence.

　　It was emphasized at the Meeting that we shall deeply study and implement the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech at the meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee held on October 28th, and earnestly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on inspection work. We shall take the implementation of the revised Regulations on the Party’s Disciplinary Inspections as an approach to make rectification and advance the high-quality development, thus ensuring the implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions and Central Committee’s decisions and deployments in Dongying.

　　It was noted at the Meeting that we shall earnestly study and implement the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the 17th Collective Study Session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, study diligently and apply earnestly the Xi Jinping Thought on Culture, and comprehensively ensure the implementation of various tasks in the construction of culture in the new era.

　　It was emphasized at the Meeting that we shall comprehend the guiding principles of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on civil work, focus on enhancing people’s well-being and promoting common prosperity, and endeavor to advance the high-quality development of civil affairs.

　　At the Meeting, participants studied the relevant deployments on Peaceful Dongying Construction, Campaign to Combat and Root Out Organized Crimes, debriefed on reports about the special rectification of social stability risks and hidden dangers and the normalized campaign to combat and root out organized crimes, and deliberated on documents such as the Working Rules of the Leading Group for Peaceful Dongying Construction and Campaign to Combat and Root Out Organized Crimes.

　　The Meeting also urged to convey and study the guiding principles of the Shandong Province Marine Economy High-Quality Development Conference, with report about Dongying’s situation debriefed.

　　The Meeting also deliberated on the Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-quality and Healthy Development of Rural Medical and Health System to better meet people’s health needs.
