7th China Jinan (Huaiyin) Tea Culture Expo opens

  The 7th China Jinan (Huaiyin) Tea Culture Expo, 11thGuangyou Tea Festival and Flower Exhibition opened at Guangyou TeaMarketin Jinan on April 26. Centered around the theme of "Cultivating New Quality Productive Forces and Boosting Consumption for the Future", the expo established a trinity platform integrating "cultural exchange, technological empowerment and commercial collaboration" to revitalize the industry through these three dimensions.

  Renowned for its traditionoftea brewingwithspring water, Jinan hosted the main venue amidst over 700 resident tea merchants at Guangyou TeaMarket, creating vibrant consumption-boosting scenes. The sub-venue at Daming Lake featured spring water tea tasting session andothertea-tourism activities, blending millennia-old spring-tea culture with modern tea industries.

  The event saw participation from organizations including Guizhou Tea Culture Research Association, Guizhou Tea Association, Menghai County CPPCC of Yunnan, Xishuangbanna Tea Association of Yunnan, and Hunan’sChangde Tea Association. Over 100 exhibitors showcased productstofoster interprovincial cultural exchanges. This facilitated a "Tea-Spring Dialogue" between Guizhou green tea, Yunnan white tea, and Jinan spring water while highlighting Shandong tea's distinctive charm, collectively demonstrating how "a single tea leaf enriches communities".

  Focusing on new quality productive forces, the expo displayed digital and intelligent achievements in tea industries. Guangyou Tea City collaborated with research institutions, media and online platforms to launch a virtual expo via "Internet+" showcases. AI technology demonstrations, tea art performances, and live-streaming e-commerce highlighted the industry's shift toward "technology-culture dual-drive" development.

  Nearly 1,000 national tea enterprises exhibited products spanning six tea categories, along with tea ware, innovative tea beverages and tea-infused foods. A dedicated "Procurement Partnership Zone" connected merchants from over twenty regions, creating new channels for the expansion of Jinan's tea industry.
