　　Dongyingnews App News On September 29, the Exchange Conference on Empowering High-Quality Development through Quality-Oriented Enterprises, Industrial Chains, and Counties in the Yellow River Basin and 2025 “Quality Month” Joint Enhancement Event was held in Dongying. Attendees included Li Changqing, Level-II Inspector of the Quality Development Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, Wu Chengbing, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Shandong Administration for Market Regulation, Chen Bichang, Deputy Secretary of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and Mayor of Dongying City, and Bian Zhiwei, Vice Mayor of Dongying City.

　　Li Changqing emphasized in his address the need to thoroughly implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important directives on quality work and diligently carry out the Outline of Boosting China’s Quality Strength. He called for optimizing the allocation of quality infrastructure resources and deepening the integrated application of metrology, standards, inspection, and testing. He also stressed the importance of enhancing regional quality exchange and cooperation, fostering innovation, and building a higher-level coordinated development system for quality standards.

　　Wu Chengbing stated that Shandong Province has deeply implemented the important speeches and directives made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Shandong, achieving positive results in quality infrastructure development, interprovincial intellectual property cooperation, and green and low-carbon development.

　　On behalf of CPC Dongying Municipal Committee and Dongying Municipal People’s Government, Chen Bichang extended a warm welcome to the guests. He noted that Dongying has thoroughly implemented the important instructions and requirements made by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection in Dongying and his key directives on quality work. Under the guidance of boosting quality strength, Dongying has systematically advanced quality-oriented enterprises, chains, and counties, achieving new progress in quality work.

　　During the event, typical cases of quality-oriented enterprises and chains, as well as experiences in quality-oriented county development from nine provinces along the Yellow River, were released. Quality inspection institutions from these provinces introduced characteristic quality infrastructure projects and jointly issued an initiative to enhance inspection and testing service efficiency. Participants conducted field visits to Shandong Sinocera Functional Material Co., Ltd., Shandong Dongheng Guoxian New Material Co., Ltd., the Yellow River Estuary Crab Industrial Park, and Wanda Group to learn from their practical experiences in quality improvement.

　　Representatives from market supervision departments, technical institutions, and enterprises from the nine provinces along the Yellow River, as well as responsible leaders of relevant provincial departments and municipal administrations for market regulation participated in the event.
